Installation method of multi-function power instrument

(1) On the fixed distribution cabinet, select a suitable place to open a mounting hole with hole size.

(2) . Take out the instrument, loosen the set screw and remove the fixing clip.

(3) Insert the instrument into the instrument hole of the distribution cabinet.

(4) . Insert the fixing clip of the instrument and fix the positioning screw.

Note: L-N is the auxiliary power supply. Please connect it correctly according to the wiring diagram of the instrument housing!

Auxiliary power supply

The multi-function power instrument has a general (AC/DC) switch power supply input interface. If no special statement is made, the standard product of 220V (AC/DC) or 110V (AC/DC) power supply interface is provided. The maximum working power supply voltage of the instrument is AC/DC: 80-270V. Please ensure that the power supply provided is suitable for this series of products, so as to prevent damage to the above products.

A. It is recommended to install 1A fuse on the side of the live wire when using AC power supply.

B. For areas with poor power quality, it is recommended to install surge suppressors in the power circuit to prevent lightning strikes and fast pulse group suppressors.

Input signal

The product adopts the calculation method of individual acquisition of each measurement channel, which ensures that it is completely consistent and symmetrical in use. It has a variety of wiring methods, and is applicable to different load forms.

explain:

A. Voltage input: the input voltage shall not be higher than the rated input voltage of the product (100V or 400V), otherwise PT shall be considered, and 1A fuse shall be installed at the voltage input end.

B. Current input: the standard rated input current is 5A, and the external CT shall be used if it is greater than 5A. If the CT used is connected with other instruments, the wiring should be in series. Before removing the current input wiring of the product, the primary circuit of the CT must be disconnected or the secondary circuit must be short-circuited. It is recommended to use wiring row instead of directly connecting CT to facilitate disassembly and assembly.

C. Ensure that the input voltage and current are corresponding, the phase sequence is consistent, and the direction is consistent; Otherwise, numerical and symbol errors will occur!! (power and electric energy)

D. The configuration of the instrument input network is determined by the number of CTs in the system. In the case of two CTs, the three-phase three-wire two-element mode is selected; In the case of three CTs, the three-phase four-wire three-element mode is selected. The input network NET set in the instrument wiring and instrument programming should be consistent with the wiring mode of the measured load, otherwise the voltage or power measured by the instrument will be incorrect. In three-phase three-wire system, the voltage measured and displayed is line voltage; In three-phase four-wire, the voltage measurement shows the phase voltage.
